- A fan of Anime? Come join the anime artist/instructor Carlos Nieto III for a FREE anime drawing lesson at the Cesar Chavez Central Library on Friday July 12, 2018 at 3:15 PM. The instructor will show you how to draw or sketch an anime figure using a pen/pencil. Supplies will be provided. Anyone age 10 to 18 is invited to attend the program. Sign up is not required. Also, if you'd like to browse the library anime drawing books, go to the section 741.50952 in the children, teen or adult non-fiction area or ask the reference staff for assistance.
- Don't forget to sign up for summer reading and check out other fun events at your local library.
- A FREE public parking lot for all library patrons is located across from the Chavez library at the corner of Oak and Center Street.
