Learn early literacy skills and the importance of the first five years. Receive a new book and puppet for you and your child. STeP programs are open to pregnant and parenting teens between the ages of 13 and 20. All programs will be held at the Maya Angelou Branch Library on Tuesdays from 3:30-5:00.
