Just in time for cool autumn days and stunning fall displays, join us to learn more about nature journaling. Hoosier author Charity Singleton Craig, a 2019 Arts in the Parks and Historic Sites grant recipient, will talk about her experiences hiking and journaling her way through Prophetstown State Park. She'll also explain different ways to keep a nature journal, as well as practical tips for using the information you keep in your journal to help make the world a better place. Participants will also receive a free nature journaling notebook to take home and begin collecting their observations and thoughts. A journal will be provided.

Charity Singleton Craig is an author, journalist, and essayist. She is the author of The Art of the Essay: From Ordinary Life to Extraordinary Words (T.S.
