In this workshop, we will use writing prompts and exercises to help you find the ideas hidden inside your life. Then, you’ll pick one idea to write about, drafting and illustrating your story in a simple book to take home. At the end of the workshop, you can read your story out loud to the other workshop attendees and any parents who would like to come (but only if you want to). This workshop will be fun and interactive and is suitable for children ages 8-12 who enjoy writing.
