Sahaja means spontaneous or born within and Yoga means union with self. Sahaja Yoga results in a state of thoughtless awareness(meditation),achieved through awakening our Kundalini energy. It helps bring inner peace and balance. Sahaja Yoga was created by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and is practiced by ten of thousands of yogis worldwide.  You can find classes and workshops globally and they are always free of charge. 

No prior knowledge or special attire is required.

Everything is explained in a relaxed and friendly environment.
