In these 40 minutes of guided meditation sessions, we will practice finding our calm and focus. We will practice being courageously and curiously aware of experiences in our bodies and mind. We will practice cultivating qualities of friendliness, compassion and wisdom, and equanimity. We will practice meditation in a secular way and these practices have been scientifically researched. No previous experience is required to join and seasoned meditators are welcome as well.
