Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, and uneasiness. It's a natural feeling that everyone gets, some more than others. In this Mindful Yoga and meditation session, we will focus on relieving anxiety and reducing stress by focusing on techniques that help you find peace and calm, including breathing, movement, mindfulness meditation, and Yoga Nidra techniques that can help you to quiet your minds and relax your nervous system down. 

Anyone can do this, especially after a stressful workday, or whenever you are feeling uneasy. Learn the tools to stay calm and grounded to help you wind down from any type of stress and anxiety!
Open to ALL ages. No yoga experience is necessary.
