Cancer: Thriving & Surviving (6-week workshop)

Cancer patients and caregivers are invited to join this 6-week workshop, provided by the Middlesex County Office of Health Services.
Attendees will learn techniques to deal with:
* symptoms
* decisions about treatment and complementary therapies
* communicating effectively
* fear, anger, and frustration
* regaining and maintaing flexibility and endurance.
Each participant will receive: a free book, healthy snacks, incentives, and a completion certificate.
This program is FREE and open to the public, however registration is required. (Attendees are asked to attend all six sessions.) Participants do not need to be Sayreville Library cardholders in order to attend.
This program may be rescheduled due to low registration. *We regret that no new attendees will be admitted after session #2.*
