“Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on the purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally”, Jon Kabat-Zinn

Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation:

  • Promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Restore an individual’s sense of balance, clarity, calm and well-being.
  • Help individuals caught up in the cycles of addictive habits and behaviors.
  • Practicing Mindfulness on a regular basis will help one handle the stresses and challenges of daily living more effectively.

No meditation experience required!

This group will meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, unless otherwise noted.

This event is free and open to the public, but registration is suggested.
