Hand Embroidery Class (5 meetings)
Sayreville Public Library
Saturday, Apr. 8, 2:00-4:00PM (Saturdays, March 4, 11, 18, 25, and April 8)
Want to try a new hobby this year?  Instructor Gail Thompson will help you complete your first hand embroidery project!  You will select a design from Aunt Martha’s Embroidery Patterns, and iron the design to a special cloth called Aida cloth that has holes so the needle can easily go through. (The designs are for beginners so don’t be nervous.) When completed, you can place your design in a picture frame for display (frame not provided).

Registrants must be able to attend all sessions in order to complete the piece.

All the supplies are provided by the library.  The only thing you need to bring is small thread cutting scissors.

Sayreville Library card number required for registration.  LMXAC library users will be accommodated if space permits.
