Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga. This basic yoga class is open to all levels of experience.
This class is designed for stress relief.
Participants should be able to get down to the floor easily. Either a Yoga Mat or a towel is required. Masks are optional. Please wear comfortable clothing.
