An introduction to puberty. Participants will learn what puberty is and how it changes your body physically and emotionally. They will learn how relationships change and hygiene skills for healthy bodies. Participants will be able to make and take home their own hygiene kits. For ages 8-12. Registration is recommended, supplies are limited. Presented by Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood.
