Zoom Meditation Program: Start the New Year with Meditation

The New Year is a time to create a clean slate.  Join Arvind Naik, a longtime meditator for this powerful workshop. Arvind has been inspiring audiences on how to practice and learn this very simple technique which provides many benefits.   There will even be a little meditation sitting at the end. Bring joy, peace, positivity, and relaxation into your daily life and begin the New Year with a fresh start.  

Arvind Naik, MBA in Global Business Management from NYIT, is educated as an Electronics Engineer and works as a Data Architect and Director of Engineering in the Information Technology field.  He has been giving lectures and workshops on meditation, where he discusses how incorporating meditation into our daily routine can be life-changing. In his programs, Arvind explores how this practice can help us develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Arvind led a meditation program at various corporations such as Target, Sleep Number & Vialto and regularly speaks at libraries across the country and local community centers.  He also works with children and teens of various backgrounds to educate them about Meditation.  He spoke at Vialto Partners to introduce meditation as a tool for stress reduction in the workplace.  He was invited by the Columbia Heights Police Department to give talks on the many benefits of meditation and how it can help officers with day-to-day stress.  Arvind lives in Minnesota and is married with two sons.
