Learn to Sew Potholders with Stitching Exchange

Monday, Sep. 30, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Learn to sew a set of potholders! This fun class for all sewing levels will be taught by Stitching Exchange: local immigrant women artisans wanting to practice their English skills with their American sewing friends. Sustainable materials of home decor fabric remnants and repurposed wool blankets will be provided. Stitching Exchange uses sewing as a common language for anyone learning English, exchanging sewing traditions from around the world and building community.

Registration for this class is required, as supplies are limited.
