Stop by the Main Library or the Branch library on this day to recieve a free backpack for Troy Residents in grades K-12 starting at 11am. We will have a limited supply of backpacks available. Backpacks/Supplies will NOT be handed out before 11am. No registration necessary. Children recieving backpacks and supplies must be present.
