Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that allows you to practice traditional yoga poses while sitting on or standing with the support of a chair. These modifications make yoga more accessible and more gentler for people with limited mobility and it’s a great way to stay active and maintain well-being. This free program is taught by Annette Wing and is for adults.
