Caregiving 101 with Robyn Arab
Main Library

Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Robyn Arab, Social Worker, Certified Care Manager, Community Facilitator and certified member of the Aging Life Care Association, will guide us through some two major concerns facing caregivers.  One common question from caregivers is when to know it is time for a loved one to move to a different location or bring in help. Another is how to find help and how much it will cost. Ms. Arab will share the signs to look for and evaluate when deciding to make changes in care, discuss all the options available, compare the costs, and determine who covers those costs. Finally, she will talk about conversing with your loved one and family about making the plan a smooth transition.

The seventh program in our Alzheimer's and Dementia Series is presented in-person in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association Tennessee Chapter at the Main Library in Franklin. All Library programs are free and open to the public. Call the Library at (615) 595-1243 or email reference.library@williamsoncounty-tn.gov if you have questions or want to cancel a registration.
