Book Buddies was developed to help children going into first, second or third grade keep their reading skills strong through the Summer. Children will meet in small groups with teen volunteers who will help them with their reading, much as in a book club setting where each child has multiple chances to practice reading out loud. Children will also participate in other fun reading activities and games. Although no registration is required, space may be very limited, so please be sure your child will be in first, second or third grade this fall & that you arrive promptly.
