Pound! Fitness

Join us at the Escalon Library for Pound Fit with instructor Lorie Avila!   Full body cardio jam session inspired by the energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. All fitness levels encouraged. Chairs provided for those who want to sit and do program.
Ripstix® provided (unique, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks). Limited space available. First come first served.
BRING A TOWEL OR YOGA MAT!
