
Kids in the Kitchen

Eating healthy and cooking skills go hand in hand. Kids will have the opportunity to prepare and taste healthy foods while learning about healthy eating and physical activity along with food and kitchen safety. This month, we will learn how to make bread from scratch, which will then be taken home to bake. Recommended for ages 4-8 years old, please register as space is limited.
