Makenzie Lee-Foster appeared as the younger version of Deja Andrews on the TV show, This is Us. Born in San Jose, Makenzie started acting when she was 2. She has acted in TV shows, commercials and movies such as The Broken Rose and Snowfall. She has published two books, both part of the Kickin’ it with Kenzie series.

Kickin’ It with Kenzie follows a young girl’s struggles to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up. After many disappointments, she realizes nothing will come easy to her and that her own destiny cannot be changed no matter how hard the journey may be. 

Makenzie will read her latest book and answer audience questions. Afterward, children are invited to stay and create their own book with her.
