Join us from the comfort of your home for a mindful meditation program with Peter Dlugos who has been practicing meditation for over 12 years. Mr. Dlugos holds a Graduate Certificate in Mindfulness for Educators from Antioch University, and in 2015 designed the "Mindfulness and Good Health" course at Bergen Community College where he is employed as a Philosophy Professor.
