In this cooking class you will be making an easy taco soup.  You will be using the following ingredients:   lean ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, beef broth, can black beans, cup of frozen corn, can of diced tomatoes, I like to use the petite-diced, packet of mild taco seasoning mix, packet ranch dressing mix.

Everyone will have a chance to try this soup and there will be toppings to add to it such as sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
