For readers and pre-readers in Pre-K through grade 5, unaccompanied by a caregiver, who wish to practice their reading skills by reading to a loveable, certified therapy dog. Pre-readers must be able to explain the events happening in a story book, even if they are unable to read the words. The child will have a 15 minute private sitting with the animal and its owner.
