Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover he might have come and gone without incident were it not for a No-Maj named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt's fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

This movie is rated PG-13 and runs 133 minutes.  Please call the library to confirm the movie's title.

Registration isn't required, but if you sign up in advance you can get a reminder sent to you via text message or email.  It also helps us to know how many chairs to set up!
Spring Break Movie M
Tuesday, Mar. 26, 1:30 pm
For grades 7-12 only.  Join us for one or both parts of this movie marathon.  Pizza will be served during the break before this movie begins, at about 12:15 pm.

The powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald has been captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander. But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings. In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided Wizarding World.

This movie is rated PG-13 and runs 134 minutes.  Please call the library to confirm the movie's title.
