Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe’s reading program, RUFF (Read Up For Fun) is designed to build self esteem in young readers. Trained volunteers bring their dogs into the library where children will read to the dog. The dog provides a comforting audience perfect for allowing children a safe atmosphere to practice their reading skills. Join us on Wednesday afternoons from 4-5 pm for an opportunity to Read Up For Fun!

Welcome to the Biblio Spectacular!
This interactive 45-minute show is designed for family audiences and brings the world of books to life with magic. Magician Brian Scott has entertained audiences for 30 years, performing around the globe and throughout California with a highly interactive reading program that combines magic, comedy and pure fun.
Open to all ages with no tickets required! Space is limited, attendance is NOT guaranteed. Strollers will not be allowed in the room during the performance, so please make accommodations.
