Texas Snakes & More snake and reptile shows educate and entertain people of all ages – dispel myths and misconceptions, and bring about a greater appreciation and respect for these fascinating animals. . This program is open to children 6-8 years old.

FREE tickets are required for this program. Tickets must be picked up at the children's desk on the day of each program up to 30 minutes before the program.

Meador: Adult Summer Reading Program - Microsoft Word

Jeff Strozer will be conducting a hands-on class dealing with Microsoft Word.

This class will go over using templates to create anything from flyers to resumes, plus using the various built-in tools to create a vibrant and organized document.

Classes are for adults ages 18+, and completely free.  No registration required!

The famous French fairy tale, "Sleeping Beauty and the Handsome Prince" by Jean Kuecher's Marionette Playhouse, will dazzle all ages with beautiful handcrafted marionettes on strings. The Good Fairy helps the Handsome Prince battle the Dragon belonging to the Wicked Witch. Then the Prince can't remember how to wake up the Princess Sleeping Beauty, so he asks the audience! The story is followed by a revealing demonstration of how everything works. Racoonie, the finale, thinks he is real and all the children are stuffed people! Everyone can pet Racoonie! This program is open to children 6-8 years old.
