The program demonstrates how to make soap in the traditional way. Patrons are able to take home a sample bar. Waiver required at event. Must be 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.

This class will show you how to set up a Facebook account, add friends, create posts, looks at privacy settings and much more.  All attendees must have a photo ID with their birthdate proving you are over the age of 18 in order to participate in the class.  If you do not have an ID proving you are over 18 years of age, you will not be allowed to participate in the class.
To set up a Facebook account, you will need to have an email that you can access on the computer.

Central 2017 CHILDREN’S SRP - Aileen Kirkham/Storyteller

Central - All preteens ages 9-12 years old can join us for great stories, told and performed by storyteller Aileen Kirkham, based on the SRP 2017 theme "Build a Better World". Audience participation is strongly encouraged!
Registration is no longer required for this program.  All preteens ages 9-12 years old will be permitted to attend.
For the safety of the children in the library, an adult 18 years or older must accompany, and be in eyesite and in the immediate vicinity, of children 12 years old and younger at all times.  The library cannot be responsible for children left unattended.

CENTRAL Teen How to Be a DJ

This class will teach teens how to present, mix, and artistically manipulate music. The workshop will provide musically inclined students with hands-on insturction in the use of equipment, mixing, cutting, scratching, and MC'ing.
