Young Musicians Series: Park View High School’s World View
Rust Library
Saturday, Jan. 10, 11:00 am
Talented students of different ethnic backgrounds celebrate their cultural diversity whilst playing acoustic instruments and singing songs from different countries in a number of different languages. In addition to popular American songs, World View's repertoire includes music from Asia the Middle East and Latin America.  World View has performed at many local festivals and events. Dr. Miroslav Loncar teaches and leads the group.
For all ages.

Young Musicians Series: Loudoun County High School’s Tri-M Music Honor Society
Rust Library
Saturday, Jan. 17, 12:00 pm
The Loudoun County High School chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society brings together four different musical groups: orchestra, band, guitar and choir. The students audition on their primary instrument and promote the arts through performance and service. LCHS Guitar Instructor Jon Signorelli and Choir Director Robin Duncan sponsor the group.

Young Musicians Series: Heritage High School Guitar Ensemble
Rust Library
Saturday, Feb. 28, 12:00 pm

The Heritage Guitar Ensemble started the year by performing with the Grammy Award Winning Los Angeles Guitar Quartet at the Eastern Shore Guitar Festival at Washington College.  ?The group will also perform for First Friday of Leesburg, the LCPS School Board, the LCPS Guitar Festival, the Peabody Fret Fest as well as multiple performances at Heritage High School.

 Over the last ten years, the HGE has performed in New York, NY, Cleveland, OH, New Haven Connecticut, Chestertown, MD at venues that include Trinity Church (NYC) and Yale University. Group highlights include the World Premieres of SHIKI: Seasons of Japan by Shingo Fujii and Cascade by Omid Zoufonoun. 

The Heritage Guitar Ensemble is directed by Dr. Kevin Vigil who was recognized as the 2014  Shenandoah University Teacher of the Year for Loudoun County Public Schools.

Young Musicians Series: Loudoun County High School’s Guitar Quartet
Rust Library
Sunday, Apr. 19, 2:00 pm
Students from the advanced guitar classes perform at school functions and concerts in the community. The group is directed by Jon Signorelli who has a degree from The Crane School of Music - SUNY Potsdam.
