Levine is the author of three books, all of which have won their way onto state reading lists and into hearts of young readers across the world. The Lions of Little Rock won the New York Historical Society Children’s History Book Prize and uses a new protagonist to give a unique account of the Civil Rights era. It is a moving story of race, friendship and justice. 
Following the author's presentation there will be a Q & A and a book sale & signing.
