Everyone can benefit from yoga - stretch your body and calm your mind.
Bring a mat.  Adults Only.

Sarah (our teacher) has generously donated her time weekly to the library up to this point, and we would like to compensate her for her time going forward. The amount you donate will be up to you - we are suggesting a donation of up to $5 per class. You will be able to donate via cash or via venmo directly to Sarah

Virtual Program
Saturday, Apr. 6, 12:30pm
Elaine Trigiani of the della Donna Company will treat participants to a virtual visit to the city of Palermo. She will explore the area through an art history talk and a cooking lesson direct from the kitchen of her 15th century farmhouse in Tuscany.  Attendees will "visit" the richly decorated monuments of Arab-Norman architecture built during Norman rule in the 1100s, testimony to this period of exceptional cultural exchange, and we'll make a couple of recipes with the layers of flavors the Sicilians are so famous for.
