Can you imagine driving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on the moon? NASA can. It’s building a fleet of ATVs (called rovers). Some can be driven by astronauts. Others are remote-controlled. All of them can handle the moon’s dusty, rugged terrain. Join us to design, build, and test your own rover!

Recommended for ages 6+.

Calling all LEGO builders! Join with other builders each session to make themed LEGO creations! Different projects each session will challenge you to use your creativity to work with others and create awesome LEGO builds! reccomended for ages 5 to10.

Register each participating child for each weekly session separately.

Join us for this chess club for kids, facilitated by Derek Caelin. Learn to play with other chess players.  Chess boards from around the world will be featured.  Recommended for children ages 5-10 who are Chess Beginners- already know the basic rules of chess and can complete a game without assistance.

Join us for a special Fall storytime and craft. We’ll read themed stories, sing themed songs, and will make our own scenic fall painting using broccoli and apples as paint brushes! Registration required, limited space.

Help us Celebrate Reading by Recognizing Banned Books Week and Creating Tiny Art! 
Banned Books Week is an annual event celebrating the freedom to read. It was launched in 1982 in response to a sudden surge in the number of challenges to books in schools, bookstores and libraries. Banned Books Week highlights the freedom for all to seek and express ideas and information.

In this program we'll highlight some banned books and give you materials to create a tiny masterpiece. You can pick from a variety of materials to decorate a tiny 4 by 4 inch easel. Help us make a display at the library and then bring your artwork home afterwards. 

Recommended for children in grades 3 and up, teens and adults. Sponsored by Cora J. Belden Library.

Bluey fans come join us for some fun Bluey inspired games such as Keepy Uppy, Charades, Pass the Parcel (Lucky's Dad's Rules), obstacle course, and more! Ages 5+ (Younger siblings are more than welcome to join!) Registration required - Please register each
