Coloring books for adults have become the latest trend, and unlike some fads, this one is actually really good for you. Coloring is a stress-free activity that relaxes the amygdala — the fear center of the brain — and allows your mind to get the rest it needs. All supplies will be provided.

Best for Ages 3-8, but all ages are welcomeThis story time is designed for children with special needs and those who prefer a quieter library atmosphere. Brothers and sisters are welcome too! Participants will enjoy stories, songs, and activities that will improve literacy and social skills. A time for free play will follow the program.This program will take place when the library is closed, so pre-registration is imperative. This program is funded by the Kiwanis Club of New Holland.
