Coffee and Coloring
Saturday, Feb. 16, 9:30 - 11:30 am

Who says kids get to have all the fun? Stop by the Morton Public Library the morning of Saturday, February 16th for a relaxing morning of coffee and coloring! Color by design pages and coloring tools will be available, whether you prefer to color on paper or using an app on a tablet. Enjoy our coffee and tea bar and soothing music as you color the morning away. Stop by for 5 minutes, or stay for a couple of hours! Ages: 16 yrs and up.

Sign & Sing Storytim

Join Communication Junction on the first & third Mondays of the month for rhymes, stories, bubbles, and to learn basic American Sign Language. Ages: Infants, Toddlers & Preschoolers

Lego Club

Children will share their building skills in a small group setting. A sample project is presented, however, participants are encouraged to use their own creativity. Meets the first & third Mondays of the month. Ages: 6-12.

Morning Yoga

Plank Pilates will be here for a free, one-hour yoga session. Bring your own mat and bottle of water. We'll meet in Hannah's Reading Garden when weather permits, January thru April. Ages: Adult. Registration Required.

Curiosity Club: Sola

G.E.M.S. Girls Scien
Tuesday, Feb. 19, 4:00 - 5:30 pm

Heather Thompson, AAUW Morton, IL Branch volunteer will present this math session. The Legend of Tangrams, Tangram puzzle(keep), and worksheets to create animals using Tangram parts will be covered. The overhead projector will be used to show solutions. Grades: 4-7. Registration required.

Join us as we travel the world and explore new countries! We will set off from North America and explore a new country and culture each week through story, song, and hands on activities. Ages: 3-6 yrs. Registration required. This is a 6 week program - register once for all 6 sessions.

Krafting Knut, a K-2nd Grade Art Activity. Knut was the little polar bear that captivated the world in 2006. Learn his story and then make your own Knut to take home! Supplies and fun provided; you bring your imagination! Grades: K-2. Registsration required.
