All Abilities Chair

In this All Abilities exercise class for adults, participants enjoy 100% gentle stretching and yoga-based poses, all from the comfort of a chair.  Besides receiving the cardiovascular, conditioning, strength and flexibility benefits, students are led through a variety of self-care concepts and techniques.

This story time is filled with music, activities and of course, stories that are great fun and move quickly from one segment to another while they address early literacy goals for this young age group.

Knit One, Read Too,

All Ages - Under 10 need an adult present

Instructors from The Sated Sheep will be here to help you discover knitting, get started, solve knitting problems, and show you how to turn a skein of yarn into something beautiful!  Stay the whole time or come when you can.   Bring a friend or make some new ones. A selection of yarn and knitting needles provided!
To best ensure their safety and enjoyment, children under the age of ten should be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
