All Abilities Chair

In this All Abilities exercise class for adults, participants enjoy 100% gentle stretching and yoga-based poses, all from the comfort of a chair.  Besides receiving the cardiovascular, conditioning, strength and flexibility benefits, students are led through a variety of self-care concepts and techniques.

Forensic Anthropology description:  The mission of the Forensic Anthropology Center at Texas State (FACTS) is to advance forensic anthropology and related sciences through world-class education, research, service, and outreach. FACTS is a multifaceted center that encompasses a body donation program, the outdoor Forensic Anthropology Research Facility (FARF), the Osteological Research and Processing Laboratory (ORPL), and the Grady Early Building, which houses the Grady Early Forensic Anthropology Research Laboratory (GEFARL). Learn more about this incredible program and how they are furthering their research.

Instructors from The Sated Sheep will be here to help you discover knitting, get started, solve knitting problems, and show you how to turn a skein of yarn into something beautiful!  Stay the whole time or come when you can.   Bring a friend or make some new ones. A selection of yarn and knitting needles provided!
