All Abilities Chair Exercise: Mind, Body, Soul Series
Monday, Feb. 26, 9:15am - 10:15am
In this All Abilities exercise class for adults, participants enjoy 100% gentle stretching and yoga-based poses, all from the comfort of a chair.  Besides receiving the cardiovascular, conditioning, strength and flexibility benefits, students are led through a variety of self-care concepts and techniques.

Knit One, Read Too,
Knit One, Read Too, the Library’s Knitting Group

Instructors from The Sated Sheep will be here to help you discover knitting, get started, solve knitting problems, and show you how to turn a skein of yarn into something beautiful!  Stay the whole time or come when you can.   Bring a friend or make some new ones. A selection of yarn and knitting needles provided!
To best ensure their safety and enjoyment, children under the age of ten should be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

Local artist, Marcia Cash, offers a fun introduction to drawing that lets primary ages explore their creativity. All materials are provided. The end time may be shortened.
