Learn how these giant weasels endure the arctic cold, discover their habits and what makes them such successful predators. These unique arctic animals are sure to make you “wild about wolverines”!

In this All Abilities exercise class for adults, participants enjoy 100% gentle stretching and yoga-based poses, all from the comfort of a chair.  Besides receiving the cardiovascular, conditioning, strength and flexibility benefits, students are led through a variety of self-care concepts and techniques.

Instructors from The Sated Sheep will be here to help you discover knitting, get started, solve knitting problems, and show you how to turn a skein of yarn into something beautiful!  Stay the whole time or come when you can.   Bring a friend or make some new ones. A selection of yarn and knitting needles provided!
To best ensure their safety and enjoyment, children under the age of ten should be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
Gut Health with Stef

In today’s hurried society, we tend to eat “on the run”, making pre-packaged and other low-nutrient dense foods the norm. Unfortunately, the negative repercussions on our GI tract and ultimately, on our overall health, are tremendous. Join us and learn what the relationship is between a healthy gut and good heath, what exactly is a leaky gut and how did it get that way. Most importantly, you will learn what you can do to heal your GI tract using modern and readily available tools.
