Adults and teens are welcome to join us for this free weekly class series to learn the art of Tai Chi. Balance your body & mind, improve strength and coordination, reduce stress and anxiety and improve your overall well being. This program has been made possible through the generosity of the Overlook Medical Center Community Advisory Board and the Community Health Grant.  Instruction for this class series will be provided by Roman Lavrov of Harmony Meditation, Westfield.
