Instructor Marella Gevera starts out slowly with a warm up of Tai Chi and dance moves and then picks up the beat seamlessly choreographing steps to popular dance music past and present. During breaks she offers pointers about hydration, posture, safety and breathing. She also offers encouragement and motivation throughout but the music and dance steps she chooses are motivation enough to keep dancing!
