In this hands-on class, participants will learn what health benefits consuming fermented foods provides with the focus being on apple cider vinegar and kefir. Justyn Marchese, Master Gardener will share step-by-step instruction and provide all supplies needed to get you started fermenting your own culture to take home and enjoy. There is a $5 prepaid supply fee due by Monday, July 16th. Class size is limited and registration required.
