Playaways are here!
Playawhat? Playaway! Playaways are audiobooks with more portability than ever before. You plug your own headphones into the universal jack, press play, and go. Go for a walk, go vacuum, or just go sit down.

No multiple cassettes or CDs to juggle. No computer files to download onto an MP3 player.

For a list of titles, search subject “playaway” or call number “digital player” in our online catalog. We have almost 80 titles, including bestsellers like Da Vinci Code, classics like Pride and Prejudice, and children’s favorites such as The Secret Garden.

Purchase of Playaways was made possible through an Institute of Museum and Library Services LSTA grant awarded by the State Library of Ohio.
