This is a sweet story for kindergarten and first grade girls. Posey is about to begin first grade. She has reservations because her mother cannot walk her to class. They have to go through the “Kiss and Go” line. Posey’s mom says Posey will be fine and how brave Posey is. However, the neighborhood boys do not help Posey with all their tales of the monster in the first grade blue hall. Posey knows there is no such thing as a monster. The very worst thing is Posey cannot wear her pink tutu. Posey feels so comfortable in her tutu. Posey loves to twirl in her tutu. Grandpa and Posey are out at the store when they see Miss Lee.
