Tax Forms

Update (3/1/11): The 1040A instructions have arrived, so Wright Library now has all tax forms and instructions available.

Update (2/17/11): All tax forms and instructions are now available at Wright Library except for 1040A Instruction booklets.

Update (1/21/11): Wright Library now has Ohio state tax forms and instructions, as well as most of the major federal forms (1040, 1040EZ), but no instruction booklets. Oakwood city tax forms are to be delivered at the end of the month.

Although, the IRS is not mailing out income tax forms this year to individuals or businesses, Wright Library will be receiving forms for distribution. They have not arrived yet, but we will update the status of our inventory here. We expect to receive forms by the end of January.

In the meantime, you can print out most forms from the IRS, Ohio Department of Taxation, and Oakwood Web sites. Or you can file online. Both the IRS and the Ohio Department of Taxation provide ways to do this on their Web sites.
