Supreme Decisions

The final date of the current session of the Supreme Court is June 28. Significant opinions are being handed down, including one on immigration yesterday and one on the Affordable Care Act (healthcare legislation) anticipated for Thursday. Understanding these rulings can be helped by an understanding of the Court, its role in government, and how it works.
