Lester Public Library in cooperation with Two Rivers Water and Light and Wisconsin Public Power will present a free seminar on Energy Conservation. Two Rivers Water and Light residential programs and Focus on Energy residential programs will be discussed with a question and answer session to follow. Door prizes and refreshments provided.
