This October we will be joining libraries, schools and bookstores all over the state to read Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.  Both our reading groups will meet to discuss this modern classic and; Richard Hesse, Of Franklin Pierce Law Center will speak on the freedom of speech on Tuesday, October 16th. The Big Read is an initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with the Institute of Museum and Library Services and Arts Midwest. The Big Read: New Hampshire Reads Fahrenheit 451 is a project of the Center for the Book at the New Hampshire State Library in partnership with the New Hampshire Humanities Council.
