Stockton Negative Declaration Shirley, Hoods, and Rock Creeks
The Stockton East Water District is proposing a CEQA Initial Study/Negative Declaration for routine maintenance under the Lake and Streambed Alteration Program. The location will include Shirley Creek, Hoods Creek, and Rock Creek in Stanislaus County.
