I've added two new provider codes to the provider list in the apps\Evergreen\Acquisitions file.
They are: holmisc:  Miscellaneous vendor*
                 holwsj:  Wall Street Journal

*The Miscellaneous vendor will allow Janice to pay invoices for vendors from which we rarely purchase.
