Funds and Appropriations

The funding source, fund codes and appropriations have been completed in Evergreen.

You can now add copies to the line items in your selection lists.  When you select the fund, it will look like this: 2hxxx (2012).  The (2012) represents the fund year.

When you pull down the fund menu, you'll notice that the fund codes are in random order. Even though I have them in order by code in the funds interface, it doesn't seem to affect the way in which they appear in the menu.

I've opened a call about this to see if they can display in code order.  In the meantime, you will have to hunt for your fund code and then double check before you save.
