Over at the Arvada Library, the Read n’ Rant Young Adult Book Group will have its first EPIC discussion tomorrow, Thursday September 6th at 4 p.m.! It is sure to be the most profoundly intelligent conversation you have ever had…on a Thursday.

Questions to consider: Are there parallels between Suzanne Collins dystopic world and ours? Is the United States like ‘the Capitol?’ Can kids from violent backgrounds ever find true peace? Does our fascination with dystopian fiction mean we have a bleak view of our future? Would the book have been better with zombies? Did Peeta’s mad camouflage skills really save his life or just make us all laugh?
