Esteemed author of books for young adults, Alane Ferguson, will speak at two Jefferson County Public Library locations in next week to mark National Banned Books Week.

Inspired by actual murder cases, Ferguson is the author of 31 mystery books for young adult readers. She is finishing a quartet of mysteries that began with
The Christopher Killer,
The Angel of Death, and
The Circle of Blood and is working on
The Dying Breath.
