Give the Gift of Books for the Holidays!
Holiday Whale SalesDo your seasonal shopping this year at one of our Holiday Whale of a Gently Used Book Sales. Your friends and family will treasure the books you give them and all at a fraction of the original price. Arvada and Belmar will have more than 2,000 books, while Columbine and Standley Lake will have more than 600 books at their mini-sales.

Choose from best-selling titles of cooking, children's and teen, crafts and hobbies, "coffee table" art books, bestsellers and classics, history, travel, holiday, self-help, health and inspirational, as well as DVDs, CDs and videos.

Most books look brand new and prices range from $1 to $6 for children's; adult books from $2.50-$10 (some priced higher).

Proceeds from these Library Foundation and Friends sales help benefit Jefferson County Public Library children's and teen literacy programs. For more information call 303-403-5075, visit the Friends website at or e-mail friends@jeffcolibrary.org.
